Cherubs Training Limited provides high quality continual professional development for Early Years Practitioners designed to support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Training in all aspects of the EYFS is a fundamental part of professional development and Ofsted have an expectation that all practitioners have access to training to ensure their knowledge and practice is kept up to date and continues to develop and improve.
The courses are delivered by two highly qualified experienced early years professionals that provide not only a theoretical basis to their courses but a practical application of the learning. Our courses are designed to inspire those working in early years in order to provide the best they can for the children in their care. Our courses are continuously analysed, evaluated and developed to address training needs and to ensure that training delivered is responsive to changes in legislation and Ofsted requirements.
"Our setting has attended a few courses now and then we had the privilege of them coming to us to do a full team social communication course. Later this month we have peer on peer observation training too. Cannot rate this company enough!"

"I cannot thank you enough, my staff came into work on Monday full of enthusiasm and good ideas. Their approach to behaviour has been incredibly positive which has made a massive difference. The training covered everything i hoped it would and helped the staff to see behaviour in a 'how we can prevent it rather than how do we punish it kind of way'. The whole process was faultless."
